At Head Over Heels Gymnastics, we believe in C.A.R.E.—fostering Confidence, celebrating Achievements, teaching Respect, and creating meaningful Enrichment for every child. For over 40 years, our mission has been to help kids grow stronger, healthier, and more confident—both inside and outside the gym.

Since opening our doors more than four decades ago, Head Over Heels has grown from a single location into three state-of-the-art gyms across New Jersey. Along the way, we’ve expanded our programs to meet the needs of every child—from beginners to advanced athletes.
