We’re thrilled to announce a change that’s already making things smoother, friendlier, and more efficient for our amazing HOH families!
We’ve said goodbye to the traditional front office—and in its place, we’ve introduced our Customer Experience Hosts, right here in the lobby! These friendly, helpful team members are here during peak hours to welcome you, answer questions, and make sure your visit feels easy, personal, and joyful every time you walk through the door.
Behind the scenes, all office-related tasks—like billing, account changes, and scheduling—are now handled by our Customer CARE Center off-site. That means faster response times, better organization, and more accurate help when you need it.
If you stop by and a Host isn’t available, no stress! Just scan the QR code posted around the lobby area and fill out a quick Inquiry Form. A member of our Customer CARE Center will follow up within 24 hours to take care of whatever you need.
Need to ask something more detailed? Our Hosts can guide you right to the QR code so you can submit your question (birthday party,evaluations, privates, tuition questions,etc.) in seconds. It’s quick, easy, and ensures you get the help you need—without waiting around.
Our Customer Experience Hosts are currently available Monday–Thursday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 12:00. You can also reach us via phone, email or text to our Care Center (main office) Monday through Thursday 9-8:30, Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-1.

For safety reasons, we don’t offer trial classes—but we do have a 2-class money-back guarantee! If it’s not the right fit after those first two visits, stop by the front desk and we’ll issue a refund.
Enrollment is ongoing—no need to re-register monthly! Tuition is split into 10 equal payments from late September through mid-June. We auto-charge on or around the 25th for the next month. If you’d prefer to pay with cash, check, or a different card, just make your payment by the 20th.
Just check in each week at the front desk kiosk (iPad) using your phone number. Kids can even check themselves in—it’s quick and easy!
We ask that you stay for your child’s first class to help them transition. After that, you’re welcome to wait in the lobby or watch on your phone using SPOT TV. Just be sure to return in time for pickup. If your child still needs help in the bathroom, you’ll need to stay onsite.
You can let us know in person, by email, text, or phone. We’ll send you a short withdrawal form to complete by the 10th of the month prior. You’re responsible for the current month’s tuition, and you’re welcome to rejoin anytime if space is available!
Our school-year program runs from late September to mid-June, with tuition split into 10 equal monthly payments. We also offer an 8-week summer session from June through August. If you join late, we’ll pro-rate your first month.
Yes! If there’s space in the class you’d like to switch to, we’ll be happy to transfer you. Just let us know what you’re looking for.
Food and drinks aren’t allowed in the gym area, but your child can bring a water bottle, which will be stored in the lobby cubbies. Coaches will provide water breaks as needed. Gum is not allowed in class.
For Parent-Tot classes, diapers or pull-ups are totally fine. For all other classes, kids need to be potty trained.
No worries if your child misses a class! A Make-up Token will be added to your account automatically once per month, and you’ll have 30 days to use it based on class availability. Just keep in mind we allow one make-up per month per student, unless they’re enrolled in more than one class. Your child must be currently enrolled to schedule a make-up. If there’s a medical situation, just let us know and we’re happy to help!
For HOH Too students, we offer a more flexible make-up option: you can make up any and all missed classes in any available class. Just give us a call to schedule!
For gymnastics and ninja, kids should wear fitted, comfortable clothing—no buttons, snaps, or crop tops. Girls often wear a leotard without the skirt, and boys can wear a T-shirt and athletic pants or shorts. Ninja kids may need sneakers for the Warp Wall (we’ll let you know when).
For dance, we follow traditional attire and shoe guidelines. Let me know what style your child is taking, and I can walk you through the details!
Class placement is based on your child’s age as of September 30. For example, if they turn 3 after that date, they’ll typically move up the following June (if they’re 3 by June 1) or the next September.
For camp:
Half-day is for children who are 4 by January 1.
Full-day is for children who are 5 by January 1.

If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” link and select “Yes – current customer.” From there, you can enroll in classes, update billing, and view your schedule.
