Head Over Heels Gymnastics proudly serves families across New Jersey with multiple convenient locations. Each of our gyms offers a safe, welcoming environment where children can grow in confidence, strength, and character through the sport of gymnastics.

Head Over Heels Gymnastics – Parlin
287 Cheesequake Rd, Parlin, NJ 08859

Located just off Cheesequake Road in Parlin, our Parlin gym is easy to find whether you’re coming from North or South. If you're heading south on Route 35, turn onto Cheesequake Road, and you’ll see us on your left near local shops and eateries. From I-95/Garden State Parkway, take Exit 123B toward Sayreville/Parlin — we’re just a short drive from the intersection.

Head Over Heels Gymnastics – East Brunswick
33 McGuire Street, East Brunswick, NJ 08816

Our East Brunswick gym is centrally located on McGuire Street, just off Rt. 18 — making it quick to reach from all major directions. If you’re coming from the north or south on Rt. 18, take the McGuire Street exit and head a short distance into town — we’re near local businesses and easy to spot from the main road.

Head Over Heels Gymnastics – Middletown
7 Kanes Lane, Middletown, NJ 07748

Our Middletown location is tucked just off Route 35 in the heart of town. If you’re traveling south on the Garden State Parkway, take Exit 117 (Rt. 35 & Rt. 36), follow Rt. 35 South, and take the jug handle at Apple Farm Road — Kanes Lane will be on your right. From the north, take the Parkway to Exit 109, head toward Rt. 35 North, and the gym will be just past the railroad overpass behind Thornbury’s Appliance.

Our Shrewsbury facility sits inside Shrewsbury Plaza, just off Broad Street (Rt. 35). Traveling from the north, head south on Broad Street and turn into Shrewsbury Plaza near local landmarks like shopping and dining. From the south, take Rt. 35 North — we’re easy to find just before you reach the center of town.
