Frequently Asked Questions!

Do you offer trial classes: We do better! NEW FAMILIES are covered under our 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied after two classes. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your experience at Head Over Heels, please see the front desk at the end of your second class and we will refund your paid tuition and the Membership fee. (Bodies in Motion Dance does offer trials and you can register for one on-line!)

Why do you group by ages or by their school grade?

We are similar to School. What age or grade your child is in September is the class they will join for our school year term! They will 'move' up starting the following summer session or in the fall. Your child will be in class with their peers AND as always taught at their individual level!

How do I enroll?

At HOH, we offer hassle-free automatic enrollments and payments. Upon initial registration, you'll cover the current month's tuition and membership fee(s). After that, on or around the 25th of each month, your secure credit card on file will be automatically charged for the upcoming month. It’s that easy! Our School Year Program runs from early Sept to Mid June and payments are divided into 10 equal payments. Just like Summer School, Summertime at HOH has all our regular programs with a relaxed summertime vibe! New enrollments after September are welcome! Your child will start their journey when they start with us! It's NEVER too late!

What if I need to drop?
If you would like to drop your class at the end of a monthly session, you have until the 10th of the month to do so without being charged for the next session. There are no refunds.  Please notify us in advance, you can use a paper form at the CARE desk, call/email/text for the electronic form. Then you finish out the current month. Withdraw has to be done by the 10th of the month prior. Once processed we put a drop date in your child class and that will stop further payments. You can re-enroll at any time as long as there is space available.

What is the Annual Membership Fee?

An Annual Membership fee is charged to all families. Our membership fee entitles you to discounts on Special Events, Advanced Registration opportunties and other great benefits and discounts! New families are charged when you register for your first class. For new families this fee is also covered under our 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied after two classes. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your experience at Head Over Heels, please see the front desk at the end of your second class and we will refund your paid tuition and the Membership fee. For currently enrolled families your renewal Membership Fee will be charged to your account on your anniversary date of first enrollment.

Do I need to stay during my child’s class? (and checking in procedures)

Please check your child in at the kiosk located by the front desk. You can either enter the phone number associated with your account or a QR code you can get from the parent portal. You are welcome to observe your child in our lobbies but we also have SPOT TV. You can get SPOT TV right on your phone by scanning the QR code located around the gym. You can observe your child's class right from your phone. We do ask that you remain in the gym for your child's first class to ensure a smooth transition. After the first class, you do not need to stay while your child is in class unless your child requires assistance using the bathroom. However, you have to be present in the facility to pick up your student after class.

Ensure your student arrives promptly, no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled class time (unless a potty trip is needed). Please collect your student punctually. We prefer you be in the building 5 minutes before dismissal time. If you anticipate being late for pick-up, kindly notify us in advance. If a student waits beyond their class end time for pick-up fees may be accrued. Please escort children to and from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lots can be crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Drive slowly and carefully.

What if I miss a my class?

As many of our classes reach capacity, we do not offer prorated tuition or refunds for missed classes. However, students may have the opportunity for make-up classes, although availability is not guaranteed. Make-up classes are subject to availability in another class of the appropriate level and must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class. Only one make-up class per month is permitted. Make-up classes must be utilized while the student is actively enrolled in a class. Additional options may be offered for extended illnesses and injuries please touch base at our CARE desk for details.
