School Age Classes

Dive into School Age Gymnastics where your child will spin on bars, balance on beams, and vault like a pro! In our cozy and safe gyms, they'll be taught group instruction at an individual level, which will include a medley of gymnastic moves, all tailored just for their age and stage. Let the fun flips begin!

Students are placed in classes according to the grade they enter in September.

Girls Gymnastics

Our school age classes cater to a variety of skill levels from beginner through advanced. Coaches focus on introducing new skills using progressions to develop a solid foundation of gymnastics fundamentals. These classes improve balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and confidence.

1st & 2nd • 3rd & 4th • 5th - 7th • 8th & Up • Advanced

Co-ed Tumbling

Emphasizing the progressive development of floor skills, our tumbling classes prioritize proper technique and form. Our classes also concentrate on enhancing body control, balance, strength, and coordination. Students will have the opportunity to advance their skills using trampolines and the Tumbl Trak.

Gym Fusion

Gym Fusion at Head Over Heels is the ultimate blend of gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja fun! Dive into a dynamic class where students get a taste of each program, mastering balance, flips, and obstacle courses. It's fitness, fun, and excitement rolled into one thrilling session!
